The nail technician that can to the more complicated nail request is very rude and dismissive. He argued with me because I changed my mind about not getting a pedicure, then tried to act nice at the end of my service. Because of his unprofessionalism I decided not to give a tip and he had the audicity to ask me for a tip. I told him no because he was rude an unprofessional...that is not how you treat customers. Wont be going back there again!
Terrific Neighbourhood, Nail Salon. I think I’m the only male Customer, but they make me feel right at home. Anna is the best, great touch and she never hurts me And she knows my toenails and works extra on the problem spots. They always let me park my bicycle inside the store, which I kind of feel guilty about because the store is always so spotless Their prices are very reasonable. The price range in the box I indicated includes a tip well deserved, but probably on the high side compared to most customers. Since. I have no idea what an appropriate tip is in a nail salon. I just give what I feel is right for me.
